一、 简 历

冯晶,教授,博士生导师, 国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、教育部新世纪优秀人才。1997年吉林大学电子科学与工程学院本科毕业,2003年获得吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。20037月至20069月作为博士后在日本理化学研究所纳米光子学研究室进行研究工作。20069月,被吉林大学作为学术骨干引进,回到吉林大学电子科学与工程学院。在nature communicationsadvanced materials等重要学术刊物发表第一或责任作者sci论文一百余篇。担任osa出版社optics letters期刊编委、elsevier出版社optics & laser technology期刊副主编和中国激光杂志社青年编委。2018年获第五届中国电子学会优秀科技工作者荣誉称号。

二、研究方向

面向可穿戴电子、柔性显示和新型能源技术的有机电致发光、有机和钙钛矿光伏,有机激光器件研究。

三、承担科研项目及获奖

获得人才项目包括:国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、教育部新世纪优秀人才;主持国家自然科学基金项目7项。

200220122018年先后获得吉林省科学技术进步一等奖,2014年获教育部自然科学一等奖。

指导的研究生先后获得20162018年度中国真空学会真空科学博士优秀论文奖、2017年度全国光学工程学科优秀博士学位论文提名奖,以及 “香江学者”人才计划和“博士后国际交流计划”等人才计划资助。
